Cheese and crackers is a satisfying savory snack that I personally enjoy at least once a week.
Cheese has a fair amount of protein; 3-8 grams per ounce depending on the type of cheese. And for those who don't eat dairy, you can enjoy a vegan nut cheese with your crackers.
