Fiber is an important dietary component that helps to keep our bowels healthy and moving!


Recommend intake for adults is 25-35 gm daily, but most adults only get about 15gm daily!


Best sources of fiber are from FOOD- fruits, veggies and whole grains and cereals, legumes and beans.
