Hearty Soups
I like soups any time of the year, and I especially like that it can be a one pot meal .
I like adding beans for protein- kidney and white beans are my favorite.
I also add lots of different veggies to get in a variety of nutrients as well as fiber.
My go to veggies are: spinach, celery, carrot, potato, green beans, tomato and broccoli. With Love, Tasneem
