Stay hydrated during these hot months to prevent heat stress/stroke and to keep your body function properly.

Water, infused water, iced tea/coffee, or earing juicy fruit like watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, citrus or peaches are all great ways to stay hydrated!
