Salad Revamped

Add some sauteed veggies to your salad to take your salad up a notch.

Warmed and seasoned veggies add texture to your salad and it provides extra nutrients and fiber, yay! Plus, no salad dressing is needed as a natural "dressing" will come from the saute liquid.

Sauteed mushrooms are my favorite as it gives a tender/meaty component to my salad.
