Are you having GI issues?
Gastrointestinal (GI) problems can be discomforting and embarrassing. Issues like gas, constipation, heartburn, and bloating can often be managed by monitoring the foods we eat. For instance, if you're having problems with gas you may need to cut out gum, refrain from eating and drinking liquids at the same time, or eat less broccoli, cauliflower, beans, or other foods that may cause gas. If you have constipation, you may need more fiber in your diet, increased water intake, or even more exercise to increase circulation and movement of the bowels.
